I really enjoyed the health and safety course that I attended. I found the course to be very informative well presented. In addition the course challenged some preconceived views but also reinforced the importance of being aware of the dangerous environment I work in.
Credit must be given to my tutor for presenting this course in a professional yet friendly manner which in turn has given me the confidence to take on other courses.

BCID are experienced and professional in their approach to learning. I had support and guidance throughout my learning, and I felt free to ask questions regarding my course: - Functional Skills Mathematics Level 2. The staff member was approachable and encouraging throughout, and that was important for me as I have a disability.
I will be doing another course with BCID and would recommend them.

I had the pleasure of Louise from bcid as my tutor, whilst I was studying my teaching award.
Louise has been an excellent tutor, a true professional. She has been very supportive even when I felt like giving up. Her enthusiasm, encouragement and endless patience, teamed with commitment has been 1st class and encouraged me to continue. Without all of the above support from Louise, I’m positive I would not have achieved my qualification.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Louise and bcid to anyone that wishes to fulfil their further education qualifications. I have learnt and gained so much knowledge through Louise at the highest standard of which I will take forward in my chosen career.
